He has worked with some of Australia's largest organisations including Foxtel Group, Bupa, Origin Energy, NDIA, QBE Insurance and Victoria University.

Drawing on experience across content design, governance, technology adoption and change management and SharePoint and Microsoft 365, Andrew helps organisations solve the problems that sit behind poor employee experiences, ineffective self-service and declining trust in digital platforms.

Through ako labs, he works with organisations to improve digital content, employee self-service, content governance, SharePoint and Microsoft 365 experiences, technology adoption and AI readiness.

His approach combines content design and systems thinking to create sustainable solutions that remain effective long after continuous improvement projects have ended and content publishers leave the business.
